Open Positions
Lead systems engineering efforts across the full lifecycle for defense and public safety clients. Responsible for requirements decomposition, architecture development, interface definition, and integration planning on complex systems-of-systems. Works closely with program leads and client stakeholders from scoping through fielding.
Apply human factors and cognitive engineering principles to the design and evaluation of complex systems used in operational, defense, and public safety environments. Conduct user research, task analysis, usability evaluations, and interface design reviews. Embed alongside engineering teams throughout development to ensure the end user is never an afterthought.
Design, develop, and deploy applied AI and ML solutions for defense, transportation, and public safety applications. Work spans predictive modeling, computer vision, agentic AI systems, and production deployment on constrained hardware. Emphasis on explainability, reliability, and operational robustness.
Design, integrate, and field unmanned aircraft systems for public safety and defense customers. Responsibilities include airframe selection and integration, RF communication systems, AI-driven mission planning, and sensor payload integration for GPS-denied environments. Must be comfortable operating in the field and iterating rapidly against real-world constraints.
Provide behavioral science expertise across engineering and technology programs. This is not a standalone research role: you will work alongside engineers to translate behavioral insights into design requirements, evaluate human-system integration, and ensure that solutions account for how people actually behave in complex, high-stakes environments. Your work may focus on transnational corruption or transportation insight, so this is perfectly suited for anyone with a curiousity about the world.
Build and maintain software for defense, transportation, and public safety applications. Work spans full-stack web and mobile development, real-time DSP pipelines, DevSecOps, and embedded system interfaces. Strong preference for engineers who can write clean code and understand the operational context of what they are building.
